Mason has developed programs that produce an enduring, constructive impression on our young adults. They talk about their experiences for years after they participated in the programs offered. | Tom Lodico | Rotary Youth Leadership Awards | Kauai Coordinator

Through the Kupu A’e leadership development program, our group became a cohesive team with an unbreakable bond. I love how the program incorporates Hawaiian values into every aspect of training. The program gave us to the tools to become effective leaders that are both community and culturally aware. | Colleen Kaiminaauao

I’ve written this recommendation of your work to share with other LinkedIn users. Details of the Recommendation: ‘Mason and the team at Kauai Team Challenge exceeded my expectations with their knowledge, abilities, and understanding of the importance of team cultures. Not only is the landscape magnificent, this program is ideal for sales and leadership professionals interested in overcoming objections and fear. I highly recommend planning a corporate event on Kauai with Mason at Kauai Team Challenge. | Dayna Herndon

I worked with the Kukui Malamalama program to help to educate members in energy efficiency and was so impressed by how well they worked with the children and took the message of reducing our dependence on fossil fuels into the community. They were able to work together and bring a constructive project into their own communities which just shows the positive affect that this program has had on these children of Kaua’i. I’m so thankful for all that Kupu A’e has done to foster our keiki to value our island and culture. | Ivory McClintock |

With regards to the Waipa Challenge Ropes Course, I would definitely say that the experience is life-changing. Personally, it helped me to think outside of the box, face my fears, and come to terms with the reality that as a leader, it’s difficult to take people farther than where I am willing to go. Every student in our Academy of Hospitality and Tourism who participated in the Challenge echoed the same thoughts:  that the experience increased their awareness of self and others (team); in addition, it opened their eyes to the power of possibilities, especially when you step outside of your comfort zone(s). Thank you for the wonder-FULL experience! | Kathy Morishige |
